What happened: Hello my name is Kha’lil Caldwell , my store number is **** and my employee number is *******. I was emailing due to being subjected to wrongful termination for the second time ! Apparently I have been terminated from my store for having a friend ship outside of work with a crew member and according to the handbook that isn’t allowed. However, I stated to my Gm and field leader that I have known the crew member for ** years and that her brother is one of my brothers closest friends and considered family. I had nothing to do with her getting hired nor did I hide my friendship with her in the beginning. So for chipotle to hire someone that I knew before hand and to fire me on that bases is wrong and unlawful. I’ve never been complained about in terms of my work ethic, professionalism, etc. I may also add when the Two former APs were getting investigated and were told they were having relations with crew members their punishment was they got to run their own store. That’s very biased and not only that it’s also unlawful. I have been talking to my attorney and he has informed me i am in right to sue for wrongful termination, however I just want my job back and too work at a different store. I understand lawful endeavors expand a lot of time and If possible I like to avoid that. My suspension cause me to miss many days in which I were told I would be compensated for, yet I received no altercation to my hours what so ever.
