"Held Up Well With No Leaks"
I didn’t have any issues with leaks, and the bag held up just fine. For anyone else wondering if it can handle normal use, I’d say it does the job well.

"Really good bowl"

"Decent food , but could've been cleaner"
The food was okay and the staff were friendly , and my order was right . The place just didn’t feel as clean as I would’ve liked though . There were crumbs on the tables and the drink area was kind of messy . Not a terrible experience , but I do wish they wiped things down more often .

"Clean spot, but I was definitely worried"
I was nervous about eating here because I kept worrying about food safety, and then worrying about it again while ordering. The place did look clean, which helped, and my bowl tasted fresh. I still kept thinking about whether everything was handled right, but overall it seemed fine and I felt safe eating it.

This chicken bowl is so damn good. The chicken tastes fresh, the rice actually has flavor, and the salsa hits just right without trying to ruin your day. I tell myself I’ll save some for later like an idiot, but nope, I always end up crushing the whole thing

I’ve ordered from chipotle a few times, and the prices seem fair for how much food you get. I also appreciate that the fees are shown clearly before checkout, so there aren’t any random surprises at the end. It’s been a convenient option for a quick lunch without feeling like I’m getting overcharged. That said, if something does go wrong with an order, I’d definitely expect some kind of credit or compensation since I’m ordering directly through their site.

I ordered through chipotle.com and everything came just how I picked it. The guac was there, the rice was the right kind, and the bowls didn’t get mixed up, which I was expecting to be the bare minimum, actually, no, I was impressed because that doesn’t always happen. Pickup was quick and easy too. I was just happy the order was accurate since that was really all I wanted.

"Finally, a Lunch Order That Didn’t Waste My Time"
I ordered online thank goodness I did because lunchtime can be such a whole ordeal. But I walked in and my bowl was already ready, no awkward standing around, no “it’ll just be a few more minutes” nonsense, nothing. For a busy lunch rush, it was surprisingly smooth. Why can’t every place be this organized?

"Easy to customize"
I use chipotle.com often because it just makes ordering easier. I like being able to add extra rice, skip the beans, change the salsa, or make the whole thing a little lighter without having to say it all out loud at the counter. Most of the time my order comes out right too, which I definitely appreciate. It’s not some amazing fancy thing, it just works and saves me time when I’m hungry. Anyway...

"Missing Item, Surprisingly Easy Fix"
Had a small issue with my Chipotle online order where one item was missing, because apparently my burrito bowl needed a little drama. I sent them a message not really expecting much, but customer service actually got back to me quickly and fixed it without turning it into some huge ordeal. Shocking, I know. appreciated how simple and painless it was. Overall, good experience and I’d order again

"Pretty solid amount for what you pay"
I ordered through chipotle.com and, as usual with these kinds of pickup orders, I was expecting the bowl to be a little hit or miss. This one was actually packed full, which was a nice surprise. It’s not exactly the cheapest fast food option, but when they load it up like that, I figure it’s usually worth the price. Pickup was quick too, so overall I was happy with it.

I use chipotle.com often when I’m ordering ahead, and it’s been solid at most locations I’ve picked. The food are usually ready around the time they say, and my bowl tastes pretty much the same from store to store. Every now and then they forget a side, but that doesn’t happens too often. It’s easy and reliable when I don’t feel like thinking too hard about lunch
