What happened: Went into the store was not great. It got up to the border where they take your order, and the lady that was making the food did not acknowledge me at all so I was just staying in there until I told her what I wanted and when I told her what I want, and she still gonna get what I want it And then when I actually got what I wanted, she proceeded not to talk during the whole interaction so I didn’t know like it’s ago or to not been the manager the lady and this is at Ellenton Dunkin chipotle I would never ever ever go back there. My family will never go there. My employees will never go there and I am a general manager and she said that she was the manager. She is not a manager and I do not know where you guys found her at the Mexican man on the other hand he comes to my location where I am the general manager at and he never has a problem today I go to his location and there’s a supposedly acting manager at the time because apparently he’s not the manager she is so there’s a little confusion there neither one of them know who the manager is at the time but I’m highly dissatisfied with the employees that work there and the manager didn’t even want the food no more because she took a full spoon of pico de gallo and plopped it on my food. When I ask for her to take it off she said that I was being rude, so I just decided not to get anything but I’m letting you guys know that I would never ever spend my money there and nobody I know would never go there again . What happened: Our meal was made incorrectly. My wife put in an order through UberEATS. She picked it up and drove ** minutes home. She asked for extra chicken and there was barely any chicken. It did not even look like a full order. My meal was supposed to have steak. There was no steak, nor any other meat. It was essentially a vegetarian meal. But being that I was hungry, I continued to eat. Then, not even a *** of the way through my meal, I found a hair. It was clearly not a hair from any person in my family. The next day I contacted the restaurant and they apologized and gave me a phone number to call for a refund. I called the number, and they immediately told me to contact UberEATS, but they did not seem interested in the issue. UberEATS did not get my order wrong, nor did they have a hair fall into my meal. Any no one at Chiptole is willing or able to just hear out my complaint. This is extremely frustrating and dismissive behavior.
